Domain Registration Agreement

This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is between Cupisweb Technology LTD (Company Registration No. 8209413, "Cupisweb", "we", "us") and you, the domain registrant ("you", "customer"). By registering, renewing, or transferring a domain name through Cupisweb, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. Domain registrations are also subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant domain registry.

1. Eligibility

To register a domain through Cupisweb, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registrant information (WHOIS data)
• Have the legal right to register the requested domain name
• Not be registering the domain for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose

2. Domain Registration Process

Cupisweb acts as an accredited or authorized reseller of domain registrations. The registration of a domain name is subject to availability and the policies of the applicable registry. Submission of a registration request does not guarantee registration — Cupisweb will notify you upon successful registration.

You acknowledge that:

• Domain registrations are processed in real time and are generally non-refundable once completed
• Cupisweb is not responsible if a requested domain has already been registered by a third party
• Some domain extensions (TLDs) may have additional eligibility requirements set by the registry

3. Registrant Information & WHOIS Accuracy

You are required to provide and maintain accurate WHOIS (registrant) information for all domains registered through Cupisweb, including:

• Full legal name (individual or organization)
• Valid postal address
• Working email address
• Valid phone number

You must update this information within 7 days of any change. Providing false or inaccurate WHOIS data is a violation of ICANN policy and may result in suspension or cancellation of your domain registration.

4. Domain Ownership

The registered domain name is owned by the registrant (you) as listed in the WHOIS record. Cupisweb does not claim ownership of domains registered on your behalf. However, you acknowledge that:

• Cupisweb, as registrar of record, may be listed as the administrative or technical contact in some registry systems
• Domain ownership disputes are handled in accordance with ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)
• Cupisweb is not liable for any domain disputes arising between you and third parties

5. Domain Renewals

Domain names must be renewed before their expiry date to remain active. Cupisweb will send renewal reminder notices to your registered email address. However:

• It is your sole responsibility to ensure timely renewal of your domain
• Cupisweb is not liable for any damages resulting from a domain expiring due to non-renewal
• Expired domains may enter a grace period, redemption period, or be released for re-registration by the public, depending on the registry's policies
• Recovering an expired domain during the redemption period may incur additional fees

We recommend enabling auto-renewal in your client area at client.cupisweb.com.

6. Domain Transfers

You may transfer your domain to or from Cupisweb subject to the following:

• Transfer out: You may request a transfer authorization (EPP/Auth) code from your client area. Domains must not be locked or within 60 days of registration to be eligible for transfer
• Transfer in: Incoming domain transfers extend the registration period by one year from the transfer date
• Transfer fees: Transfers may be subject to fees as published on our domain pricing page
• ICANN 60-day lock: Newly registered or recently transferred domains are subject to a 60-day transfer lock as required by ICANN policy

7. DNS Management

As the domain registrant, you have full control over your domain's DNS settings, including nameservers and DNS records, via your Cupisweb client area. You acknowledge that:

• DNS changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate globally
• Cupisweb is not responsible for service disruptions caused by incorrect DNS configuration
• You must not configure DNS records to point to phishing, malware, or fraudulent content — doing so constitutes a violation of our AUP and may result in domain suspension

8. WHOIS Privacy

Where available, Cupisweb offers WHOIS privacy protection to mask your personal registrant details from public WHOIS lookups. You acknowledge that:

• WHOIS privacy does not apply to all TLDs — some registries require public display of registrant data
• WHOIS privacy may be removed and your real information disclosed in response to a valid legal order, abuse complaint, or UDRP proceeding
• Cupisweb is not liable for any disclosure required by law or registry policy

9. Prohibited Domain Uses

You must not use any domain registered through Cupisweb for:

• Hosting phishing pages, fake login forms, or credential-harvesting sites
• Cryptocurrency scams, wallet drainer sites, or fake investment platforms
• Advance-fee fraud (419) or any form of financial fraud
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or malicious code
• Sending spam or operating bulk email campaigns
• Cybersquatting or registering domains that infringe on trademarks
• Any activity that violates ICANN policy, applicable law, or our AUP

Domains found to be used for any of the above purposes will be immediately suspended and may be reported to ICANN, law enforcement, or relevant abuse databases.

10. Domain Suspension & Cancellation

Cupisweb reserves the right to suspend or cancel a domain registration at any time if:

• The domain is used in violation of this Agreement or our AUP
• We receive a verified abuse complaint relating to the domain
• Required by ICANN policy or a registry operator
• Ordered by a court or law enforcement authority
• Payment for the domain has not been received

Suspended or cancelled domains are non-refundable.

11. Fees & Payment

Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are as listed on our domain pricing page. All fees are:

• Charged in advance at the time of registration or renewal
• Non-refundable once processed, unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy
• Subject to change — price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal

12. ICANN Policies & Registry Requirements

All domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant domain registry. You agree to comply with:

• ICANN Registrant Rights and Responsibilities
• ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)
• The specific policies of the TLD registry applicable to your domain extension

ICANN requires that registrants verify their email address within 15 days of registration or any change to registrant contact details. Failure to verify may result in suspension of the domain.

13. Dispute Resolution

Domain name disputes between you and third parties (e.g., trademark holders) are handled through ICANN's UDRP process. Cupisweb will comply with any UDRP decision issued by an approved dispute resolution provider.

Disputes between you and Cupisweb relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

14. Limitation of Liability

Cupisweb's liability in connection with domain registrations is limited to the fees paid by you for the domain in question. We are not liable for any loss of business, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from domain expiry, suspension, transfer disputes, or DNS misconfiguration.

15. Changes to This Agreement

Cupisweb reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our domain services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
