• Launches or assists in DDoS, brute force, or hacking attempts.

d. Supports Spam or Bulk Email Abuse

• Sends unsolicited bulk email (spam) or junk mail.

• Hosts mail services that promote spam, email spoofing, or blacklisted IPs.

e. Violates Intellectual Property

• Shares or hosts pirated software, cracks, nulled scripts, music, movies, or other copyrighted materials.

• Infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or patents.

f. Hosts Inappropriate or Restricted Content

• Hosts explicit adult content, pornography, or sexually exploitative material.

• Publishes hateful, racist, or violent content.

• Encourages harm, suicide, or self-injury.

g. Abuses Server Resources

• Uses excessive CPU, bandwidth, or memory in a way that disrupts other users.

• Runs unauthorized crypto mining scripts or bots.

3. Cupisweb’s Hosting Standards – What We Do NOT Allow

Cupisweb is committed to being a safe and ethical web hosting provider. We strictly prohibit hosting or promoting the following:

• Fake investment platforms or return-on-investment scams

• Online "money-doubling" platforms (MMM-style)

• Phishing or fake bank/gov sites

• Carding, brute force, cracking, or hacking tools

• Malware hosting or backdoor injection scripts

• Botnets, click fraud, or malicious SEO bots

• Sites that promote violence, terrorism, or hate

If a user violates any of the above, their service will be immediately suspended or terminated without prior notice.

4. Offshore Hosting & DMCA Notice

While we may provide offshore hosting options, Cupisweb does not tolerate abuse of these services.

Strictly prohibited on any plan:

• Hosting phishing or scam sites

• Hosting malware or backdoor links

• Repeated DMCA violations

• Hosting child exploitation or illegal pornographic content

We investigate all abuse reports and cooperate with global authorities when required.

5. Security & Network Protection

You agree not to engage in any behavior that compromises the security or stability of our systems, such as:

• Unauthorized access to servers or networks (hacking)

• Bypassing authentication or firewalls

• Port scanning or vulnerability probing

• Hosting backdoors or malicious scripts

6. Reporting Abuse or Violations

If you believe a user is violating this policy, please report it to:

Include all relevant details: website URL, IP, logs, and evidence.

7. Consequences of Violations

If this policy is violated, Cupisweb may:

• Suspend or permanently terminate hosting services

• Delete harmful or illegal content
