1. Cupisweb’s Acceptable Use Policy.

• Hosting of phishing websites, scams, or fraudulent schemes.

• Distribution or hosting of malware, ransomware, or other malicious software.

• Engagement in activities that violate intellectual property laws, such as hosting pirated content.

• Promoting, hosting, or distributing child exploitation materials or any content deemed illegal globally.

• Sending spam emails or engaging in mass unsolicited email campaigns.

• Hosting websites or content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination.

• Offshore hosting services provide some degree of DMCA leniency. However, Cupisweb reserves the right to address abuse reports involving serious issues, including phishing or fraudulent activity.

• Abuse reports from authoritative organizations will be investigated, and necessary action will be taken to maintain network integrity.

• Phishing or fraudulent websites.

• Upon receiving an abuse report, Cupisweb will:

• Any content identified as malicious will be deleted without further notification.

• Cupisweb reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this policy, with or without prior notice.

• Refunds for terminated services will not be provided in cases of policy violations.
