This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing the registration, transfer, and management of domain names through Cupisweb ("we," "us," "our"). By registering, renewing, or transferring a domain name through our services, you ("Registrant") agree to comply with this Agreement, applicable policies, and governing laws.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our domain registration services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any modifications or updates. You also agree to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) or relevant domain registries.

2. Your Responsibilities as a Registrant

a. Accurate Information

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your name, contact details, and email address.
• You must promptly update your information if there are any changes. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of your domain.

b. Use of Domain Name

• You are solely responsible for the use of the domain name and ensuring it complies with applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement.
• You may not use the domain name for illegal activities, phishing, spamming, or any activities that violate third-party rights or ICANN policies.

3. Domain Registration Process

a. Availability

• Domain registration is subject to the availability of the requested domain name. We cannot guarantee that a domain will be available until the registration is successfully completed.

b. Payment

• Domain registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this Agreement or required by law.

c. Renewal

• You are responsible for renewing your domain name before its expiration date. Failure to renew may result in the domain being released or registered by another party.
• We may send renewal reminders; however, you are solely responsible for tracking your domain’s expiration date.

4. Transfers

a. Incoming Transfers

• You may transfer a domain name to Cupisweb from another registrar, subject to ICANN's transfer policies and fees.

b. Outgoing Transfers

• You may transfer a domain name to another registrar, provided there are no outstanding fees or disputes related to the domain.

5. Ownership and Rights

a. Registrant Rights

• As the Registrant, you have exclusive rights to use the domain name during the registration period, subject to compliance with this Agreement and applicable policies.

b. Ownership Disputes

• We are not responsible for resolving ownership disputes over domain names. You agree to resolve such disputes directly with the relevant parties or through dispute resolution policies such as the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

6. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate your domain registration in the following cases:

• Failure to comply with this Agreement, ICANN policies, or applicable laws.
• Non-payment of registration or renewal fees.
• If the domain is used for illegal or abusive activities, such as phishing, spamming, or distributing malware.

7. Domain Privacy Protection

If you purchase domain privacy protection (WHOIS privacy), we will mask your personal contact information in the public WHOIS database. However, we may disclose your information in response to valid legal requests or abuse reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from the suspension, cancellation, or transfer of a domain.
• Downtime, technical issues, or errors caused by third-party domain registries.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for domain registration or renewal.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cupisweb, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your domain registration, use, or violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Governing Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

11. Changes to this Agreement
