2. Action Upon Receipt of a DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Cupisweb will:
1. Acknowledge
Receipt:
- Confirm
receipt of the notice and notify the reporting party that the claim is
under review.
2. Investigate
the Claim:
- Verify
the validity of the claim and assess whether the content violates
copyright laws.
3. Take
Action:
- If
the claim is valid, Cupisweb will remove or disable access to the
infringing content.
- Notify
the account holder associated with the content and provide them with the
details of the claim.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may
file a counter-notification with our designated DMCA Agent. The counter-notification
must include:

- Your
name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. Identification
of the Removed Content:
- A
description of the content that was removed or disabled, including its
location before removal.
3. Statement
of Good Faith:
- A
statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that

4. Consent
to Jurisdiction:

statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in

Cupisweb will forward the counter-notification to the original claimant. If
the claimant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, Cupisweb may
restore the content.
4. Repeat Infringers
Cupisweb has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. Accounts with
multiple valid DMCA claims may be terminated.
5. Good Faith and Abuse of the DMCA
Cupisweb reserves the right to reject notices or counter-notices submitted
in bad faith. Misrepresentation of copyright claims may result in liability
under the DMCA or other applicable laws.
