Welcome to the Cupisweb Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in our Program, you agree to these terms and conditions, which outline the rules, responsibilities, and benefits of being a Cupisweb Affiliate.

1. Eligibility

• Affiliates must have an active account with Cupisweb.
• Affiliates must not promote our services in a way that violates any laws, regulations, or our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 30% commission on the total sales generated through their referral links or custom promo codes.
• Commissions are calculated based on the net sales value, excluding taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.

Custom Promo Codes

• Affiliates can request custom promo codes with unique discount percentages.
• Custom percentages may be approved on a case-by-case basis and are subject to prior agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid out monthly, provided the affiliate has earned a minimum balance of $150.00, or  ₦277500.00NGN equivalent.
• Payments will be made via bank transfer, PayPal, and Bitcoin or USDT.
• Affiliates must ensure their payment details are accurate to avoid delays.

4. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates must promote Cupisweb in a professional and ethical manner.
• Use of spam, deceptive practices, or false advertising to generate referrals is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may only use marketing materials provided or approved by Cupisweb.

5. Cookie Duration

• Referrals are tracked via cookies, which remain valid for 30 days after the first click.
• If a customer purchases after the cookie expires, the affiliate will not earn a commission.

6. Restrictions

• Self-referrals or fraudulent activities to generate commissions are not allowed.
• Affiliates cannot use Cupisweb trademarks in paid search campaigns or misleading domain names.

7. Termination of Participation

• Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Cupisweb.
• Cupisweb reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for violations of these terms, with or without prior notice.

8. Modification of Terms

• Cupisweb reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
• Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Liability

• Cupisweb is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from an affiliate's participation in the Program.
• Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with local laws and tax obligations.
