How to turn off touch screen on Chromebook
Step 1:
Open the Chrome browser.
Type in “chrome://flags.”

Search for the word ‘keyboard’ in the Experiments window.
Find “Debugging keyboard shortcuts” and select “Enable” in the drop-down menu.
